Provide members of the production department with constant admin assistance as stipulated in the job responsibilities below

Responsibilities
Receive CMT quotes and prepare for Production Controller
Prepare Contracts once price is confirmed
Handing quotes back to Merchandisers once price is confirmed
Prepare reconciliation of CMTs for payment ensuring that all relevant documents are attached
Shortages and rejects identified to be recorded and recons completed within 48hrs
Notify Merchandise Managers on any delays and shortages
Work with Merchandise Managers to get delivery date extensions and amend POs as needed
Consolidate Deliveries to TAL Warehouse and inform Dispatch to execute
Check Final produced garments against Purchase Orders
Check backend for final confirmation and confirm on Adaptris
Liaise with TAL Warehouse to accept delivery
Invoicing of delivered goods
Manage daily drivers lists

Experience/ Requirements
Matric / Grade 12
Tertiary qualification in the relevant field is an advantage
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
