Managing the outsourcing of production Determining manpower and equipment needed to cover production demand Ensure that finished products meet quality standards and customer delivery requirements

Responsibilities
Strategic and capacity planning identifying and developing new avenues of supply methodology
Dealing with sewing factories on any queries delivery and production issues
Final CMT price negotiation
Develop production plan and timelines according to available capacities at Marker Making Cutters Printers Pleaters and Sewing Factories
Determine equipment and manpower required to complete production
Plan workflow and schedules for all external service providers
Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery
Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines
Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to management promptly
Analysing reporting checking and ensuring all counts of receipted and dispatched merchandise are correct and ensuring orders are packed and delivered on time
Holding all staff accountable for work performance
Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements

Experience/ Requirements
Matric/ Grade 12
Degree/Diploma in relevant area of specialization would be advantageous
Good Excel skills to generate reports
5 years in a production planning and management role
Minimum of 7 years experience in a garment manufacturing environment
Drivers License
