To ensure all retail staff are scheduled and managed for all stores to ensure effective manning of stores

Duties and Responsibilities
Implementation and review of standard operating procedures for all stores ensuring effective operations with low risk
Workforce scheduling and planning in line with budgets and forecasts
Compliance assessments of stores with regards to banking cash management and other cash based activities
Assistance of store managers with all HR related matters such as recruitment training scheduling etc
Assist store managers with all operational matters as they arise
Store compliance audits as required
Any adhoc duties as allocated by National Retail Manager

Minimum requirements
Matric
National Diploma Finance
Business Qualification in Retail Management and/or Stock Control
5 years experience in store process and other process improvement and implementation
Project Management
Dealing with IR matters
Workforce scheduling
Health and Safety at store level
Compliance audits
