Key performance areas Talent acquisition and recruitment Onboarding orientation and training Talent retention Talent development and career planning Support and advice to the management team on HR ER and related requirements processes and law Key performance measurement and development HR policy and procedure implementation Performance and disciplinary management processes
Requirements A relevant tertiary qualification 10 or more years experience in an HR function with the last 5 years in a leadership role HR Generalist experience At least 5 years experience in the retail environment Sound practical knowledge of South African employment law and practices including Employment Equity Skills Development and BEE compliance and reporting Proficiency with HR software MS Office
