Requirements
5 years&rsquo experience as retail store operations manager or senior store manager
Must have worked for a large premium fashion retail brand and/or chain
Good knowledge of the Company the brand and the store they are applying for
Solid experience managing a similar fastpaced retail operation
Passion for people and processes
Systematic organised approach to work
Knows how to drive sales
Team management experience essential
Knowledge and experience in organisational effectiveness and operations management
