Overview
Manage reception and administration functions
Customer queries and accounts queries
Checking of stock in Quickbooks
Manage stationery and consumables including ordering of stock
Processing of quotations and invoices
Administration
Filing

Requirements
Matric
Quick Books or similar experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good understanding of administration/ office duties
Good communication skills
Must cope with working in fast paced environment
