Our client is searching for an Admin/ Operations Manager for their Call Centre environment The successful candidate would be one with experience in Debt Collections as well as Finance

Requirements
Matric
Management experience & Ability to manage and lead a team
Strong Admin Skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Financial background with experience in Debit order systems and Pastel Accounting
Experience in or / Understanding of Debt Collections and Manage Debt Collections process
People management experience
Customer Service Experience
