Our client is looking for a Floor Manager to be based at their Cresta Mall outlet

Duties/ Responsibilities
Dealing with cash variances
A strong focus on driving turnover
An ability to control security standards and stock losses
A passion for training & motivating staff
Ability to manage merchandise

Requirements
Matric
3 to 5 years management experience with a leading retail fashion/ clothing retail chain/ brand
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A passion for fashion and an interest in retail

Salary Market related
