Requirements
5 years experience as a Senior Store Manager managing multiple store or Area Management experience at a leading brand
Matric
Tertiary qualification would be advantageous
Ability to inspire motivate & develop a high performing team
Excellent planning time management & organisation skills
Experience in coaching training & mentoring store teams
Strong focus on sales & profitability
Excellent communication skills both verbally & written
Ability to define clear goals & objectives to achieve successful outcomes
Strong skills on MS Office
Motor vehicle & Valid drivers license required
