Our client is searching for an experienced Store Manager for their retail outlet based in Pietermaritzburg

Key Responsibilities
Driving turnover to ensure achievement of targets
Controlling expenses
Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the company standard
People management including recruitment development and training of staff employee relations & performance management
Able to retail hours
Sales and target driven
Opening and Closing of store
Superior customer service at all times

Requirements
Matric / Grade 12
2 to 3 years successful retail management experience
Must be able to work retail hours
Retail Diploma or similar
Drivers license

Salary Market Related
