Our client is searching for a Store Manager to be based at their flagship store based in Sandton

Requirements
3 to 5 years store management experience within a furniture/homeware retailer
Must have strong experience and skills with understanding of stock movement and replenishment as well as a thorough understanding of ER/IR processes
Must have experience in managing a high turnover store in excess of R30 million per annum
Must have experience in managing in excess of 25 staff and have demonstrable leadership skills
The successful candidate will be required to work extended trading hours
