Our client is searching for a Commercial Claims Handler who will be responsible for the full function of reporting and handling of claims

Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting and handling of claims which entails initial registration of personal lines claims appoint assessor read assessors report make decision on claim up to payment of claim
Communication with clients
Liaising with clients and brokers
Attending to certain broker duties as well as certain Insurer duties

Requirements
Matric
Must be FAIS Compliant and must not be debarred
Must be fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
2 to 3 Years Commercial lines claims experience with all types of Motor and Non Motor claims
Full function claims administration including registration of claim appoint assessors read assessors report make decision on claim up to payment of claim
Working experience at an Insurer OR Insurance Administrator and not only a Short Term Insurance Broker
Sound knowledge of Insurance principles
PC literate on MS Outlook and Office
Websure system or Ski system experience will be an advantage

Salary Market related based on qualifications and experience
