Our client is searching for a Floor Manager for their new outlet in Sandton

Key performance areas
Provide strong sales floor presence by setting the standard for superior service by directly supporting sales staff and closely monitor floor activities to ensure execution and delivery of the premium consumer experience
Manage all daily activities of the store including selling and service selecting and developing sales associates merchandising time and business management
Execute and maintain visual merchandising and selling floor standards
Communicate promotional event information to maximize results of each event
Identify merchandise issues and opportunities based on selling and customer feedback
Supervise train and develop sales staff
Assist in delivering a premium consumer and employee experience with the focus being on the consumer experience
Utilize advanced customer service skills sales techniques and product knowledge to connect consumer to the right product
Build a bond between consumer and brand

Requirements
Must have 3 or more years experience within a strong retail brand
Must have 1 to 3 years retail store management experience with a strong/ reputable brand within a retail store environment
Matric/ Grade 12
Tertiary qualification would be advantageous
Ability to lead motivate and develop staff essential
