Provide prompt and courteous service to customers in order to maximise sales and customer service Reports directly to the Store Manager and the Assistant Manager   Job Duties Practice professional salesmanship within the guidelines of store policy and department procedures to achieve maximum sales and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction Maintain a neat and organised stockroom Ensure that merchandise is properly ticketed and attractively displayed Ensure that transfers & special orders are handled efficiently Communicate stock replenishment needs to Store Manager Develop and maintain product knowledge of merchandise Is aware of and implement store policies and procedures Is responsible for adherence to all loss prevention policies credit policies and procedures inclusive of credit cards check approvals discounts return and exchange procedures Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager and Assistant Manager
